Q: Shipping:

We can ship only to a physical address, NO P.O. Boxes.

We may ship partial orders unless otherwise instructed. We reserve the right to withhold shipments to any customer whose account is in default. All orders to the 48 continental United States are shipped via Ground services, unless otherwise stated by customer during the order process. If you are located outside of the United States, we will contact you with the shipping total after checkout, depending on the method chosen and the shipping destination. On orders being shipped out of the USA, customers will be responsible for all Tariff charges, Taxes, Customs charges, Import fees, and any other charges issued by importing country not figured at checkout.

Q: Returns and restocking:

If there is any problem with your order, you must contact Worldwide within 10 days of receipt of shipment. If warranted, an authorized Worldwide representative will issue a return authorization number (RMA Number) and instruct you on how to return your order. Worldwide Equipment Sales will not be responsible for material returned without a valid RMA number or shipments returned not following our instructions. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days after issuance.

Worldwide Equipment Sales will restock certain items, however, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Special order parts cannot be returned.
